We use the Present Simple for several important situations:
- العادات والروتينات: Actions you do regularly, every day, week, or year. I wake up at 7 AM every day. She usually walks to work.
- General Truths and Facts: Things that are always true about the world. Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius. The Earth goes around the sun.

How Do We Form the Present Simple?
Forming the Present Simple is quite simple, but remember the special rule for he, she, ، و it.
Positive Sentences:
- بالنسبة لـ I, you, we, they: Use the base form of the verb. I eat breakfast. They live in Madrid.
- بالنسبة لـ he, she, it: Add -s أو -es to the base verb. He eats breakfast. She lives in London. It rains a lot here.
Spelling Rules for -s/-es:
- Most verbs: Add -s (e.g., work → works, play → plays).
- Verbs ending in -ch, -sh, -s, -x, -z, -o: Add -es (e.g., watch → watches, go → goes).
- Verbs ending in a consonant + -y: Change -y to -ies (e.g., study → studies, fly → flies).
Negative Sentences:
