Adverbs of frequency tell us how often something happens. They include words like always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, ، و never. These words usually go before the main verb in a sentence, for example, I always drink water. However, if the verb is to be (am, is, are), the adverb goes after it, as in She is always happy. Learning these adverbs helps you talk about your daily routines and habits clearly. They are very useful for describing how regularly you do things or how often events occur.
