To talk about things you possess or own in English, you can use have got. This phrase is very common, especially in British English, and it means the same as have when speaking about possession. For example, if you want to say ‘Yo tengo un coche’, you can say I have got a car. For negative sentences, use haven’t got или hasn’t got. For ‘He, She, It’, remember to use has got, like in She has got a red dress. This structure helps you express possession clearly and naturally in everyday conversations. It’s an important phrase for beginners to learn.
