What is the Present Simple?
We use the Present Simple to talk about things that happen regularly or are always true.
- Routines and Habits: Actions you do often. I wake up at 7 AM every day.
- Facts and General Truths: Things that are always true. The sun rises in the east.
- Schedules and Timetables: Fixed events. The train leaves at 8:00.
