Complaints<\/h1>\n

At Langcom we want to resolve any issue with our services quickly and directly. If you have a complaint, please follow these steps.<\/p>\n

How to make a complaint<\/h2>\n

  1. Email us at admin@langcom.org<\/a> with the subject \u201cComplaint\u201d.<\/li>\n
  2. Include your full name, email address and phone number.<\/li>\n
  3. Tell us which service you purchased (course, classes, exam), the date and your order number if you have it.<\/li>\n
  4. Describe the problem and the outcome you are asking for.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We will confirm receipt by email and give you a full response within 15 business days at the latest.<\/p>\n

    Consumer protection<\/h2>\n

    If you are not satisfied with our response, you can report the issue to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov<\/a> or contact your state\u2019s consumer protection office.<\/p>\n
