    4. Affiliate Program Terms<\/h2>\n

    By signing up for the Langcom Affiliate Program (\"Program\"), you agree to the following specific conditions:<\/p>\n

      Requirements:<\/b> You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Peru.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Human Only:<\/b> Accounts registered by \"bots\" or automated methods are not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Single Account:<\/b> Only one account is allowed per person or legal entity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      b. Links and Tracking<\/h3>\n

        Special Links:<\/b> You will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. To earn commissions, you must use the specific link formats provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Attribution:<\/b> Commissions are generated only if the purchase is completed during the same session as the click-through. Langcom is not responsible for untracked sales due to incorrect link usage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        c. Commissions and Payments<\/h3>\n

          Threshold:<\/b> The minimum payment amount is S\/ 80.00<\/b>. Commissions will accrue until this threshold is met.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Schedule:<\/b> Payments are made monthly via bank transfer within the 10 business days<\/b> following the end of the month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Restrictions:<\/b> You may not<\/b> earn commissions on your own product accounts or through fraudulent\/aggressive marketing methods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          d. Relationship of Parties<\/h3>\n

          The relationship is that of independent contractors<\/b>. Participation in this Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You have no authority to make representations on behalf of Langcom.<\/p>\n

          5. Limitation of Liability and Guarantees<\/h2>\n

            \"As Is\" Basis:<\/b> The Platform is provided \"as is\" and \"as available.\" Langcom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Liability Cap:<\/b> Langcom Peru will not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from the use of the site or Program.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Third Parties:<\/b> We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external links provided on our site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Indemnification<\/h2>\n

            The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Langcom Peru and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the User's breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.<\/p>\n

              Forfeiture:<\/b> Commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited practices will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              8. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n

              Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Affiliate Program shall be resolved through:<\/p>\n

                Extrajudicial Conciliation:<\/b> At a center authorized by the Ministry of Justice in Peru.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              2. \n

                Arbitration:<\/b> If conciliation fails, disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Peruvian Arbitration Law<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The legal venue for all proceedings is Huaraz, Peru<\/b>, and the laws of the Republic of Peru shall apply exclusively.<\/p>\n

                9. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n

                  Entire Agreement:<\/b> These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Langcom Peru.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Severability:<\/b> If any provision is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
